To mitigate these risks and maintain warranty conditions, regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial. This includes removing organic matter to prevent water pooling and ensuring proper drainage. Installations typically require wash downs every six months, or every four months for roofs with solar panel installations, by an approved service provider. Projects less than 1km from the ocean require cleaning every 3 months to maintain the warranty.
